Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days. Please note that we do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional few days. If your shipment faces a significant delay, our team will notify you immediately via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Calculated Shipping: Shipping charges are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout for full transparency.

• Delivery Windows: While we aim for speed, please account for potential delays due to weather or carrier issues.

Domestic & Military Shipping

We proudly ship to all addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories. We also support our service members by shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

International Shipping (Canada & Beyond)

We primarily ship to the Continental U.S. and Canada.

• Global Inquiries: If you are located outside these areas, please contact us at sales@bbdiecasts.com. We are happy to arrange international shipping; however, the customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs.

• Customs, Duties, & Taxes: B&B Collector Garage LLC is not responsible for customs fees, tariffs, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at sales@bbdiecasts.com with clear photos of the damage. We will review your claim and provide you with return or replacement options promptly.
