We offer this website, including all information, tools, and Services to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, and policies stated here.

By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence. You are responsible for all activity under your account. B&B Collector Garage LLC reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS AND TECHNICAL FABRICATION

We specialize in curated diecast collectibles and custom 3D-printed items.

• Product Representation: We strive to display product colors and textures accurately; however, we cannot guarantee your device's display will be 100% precise.

• 3D-Printing Characteristics: For items produced via 3D-printing and technical fabrication, you acknowledge that minor surface variations, layer lines, or textures are inherent to the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

• Modifications: We reserve the right to change product descriptions or discontinue items at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

Your order is an offer to purchase that must be accepted by us.

• Cancellation Window: Per our policy, you may request a cancellation only before the item has shipped by emailing sales@bbdiecasts.com with your Order Number and reason.

• Final Sale: Once an order is processed and a tracking number is generated, the sale is final.

• Resale Prohibited: Products are sold for personal use only. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by unauthorized dealers or resellers.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

• Processing: Most orders are processed within 3 business days.

• Transfer of Risk: All items are firm-sale once shipped. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the goods to the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

• International Orders: For shipments to Canada or other international destinations, the recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for all Customs, Duties, and Taxes.

SECTION 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services and all original content—including text, graphics, logos, and 3D-print files—are the exclusive property of B&B Collector Garage LLC and are protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 6 - AGENT AND BOT PROTOCOLS

To protect our site data and inventory:

• Identification: Any automated "Agent" or "Bot" must identify itself in the HTTP request's user-agent string as Agent/[name].

• Prohibitions: Agents may not mimic human behavior, circumvent CAPTCHAs, or scrape data for commercial use without prior written consent from B&B Collector Garage LLC.

SECTION 7 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements for Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the jurisdiction of our headquarters for any disputes.
