Can I cancel my B&B Diecast order?

Yes, orders can be canceled as long as they have not yet entered the shipping process. Because we aim for a fast turnaround, we recommend reaching out as soon as possible.

How to Request a Cancellation:

1. Send an email to sales@bbdiecasts.com.

2. Include your Order Number in the subject line.

3. Briefly state the reason for cancellation in the body.

Important Note on Final Sales:

Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, the order is considered a Final Sale and cannot be canceled. Please refer to our [Return Policy] for information regarding damaged or incorrect items.
